How to Set Up a Program
Start by setting up a New Program.
First, Create up to five targeted Results
Identify Results that your organization needs to have by the end of the Program. Make them measurable.
Next, Identify the single Goal
Sum up what target those Results will hit for the organization, once they are achieved.
Then, Identify up to five Habits for each Result
Identify at least one Attitude Habit, one Skill Habit and one Knowledge Habit that need to be formed by participants so that a targeted Result can be achieved for the organization.
Finally,Creating Topics
List as many Topics as you need to cover so that each Habit can be formed.
