Goal Design: Identifying the Goal for a Program

Now it's time to summarize the defined Results into one overarching Goal for the Program. Each Program has a single Goal that the Results support.

Defining the Habits that support each Result for the business utilizes the A.S.K. Methodology. The A.S.K. Methodology is based on the brain's natural learning pattern. The Participant's Habits that support each business Results are labeled as Attitudes (A), Skills (S), or Knowledge (K)

Creating Topics
