The A.S.K. Methodology
After the organizational-level Results are created, identify the Player-level Habits that need to be established to achieve those Results.
Attitude Habits
First is the Attitude Habit (the A. of the A.S.K. Methodology). State this attitude in the Player's voice as in, "I believe... " and fill in the specific belief that needs to be established in order to achieve the Results. It's a statement the Learner can honestly give about what they believe, once your Program is complete.
Skill Habits
Don't show me theories and ideas unless you show me HOW to use them! A Skill Habit is stated in the Player's voice as something they know HOW to do: "I know how to..." Fill in what comes after that to complete the skill Habit.
Knowledge Habits
A Knowledge Habit is what you want your Player to "Always keep in mind..." A few examples could be:
- A Set of Steps - Lists of instructions, a process, important protocols.
- A Standard - Quality, maintenance, value, analysis, project and production management.
- A Principle - Values, mottos, slogans, basic truths established by the organization.
