When should I start delivering Qs after a class?

As a best practice, start delivering Qs immediately after a class.  Scroll to the bottom to see exceptions.

Scenario #1: Classroom

A multi-day classroom event ends on a Friday.  It is best to enroll Learners in installing the app and joining your Series IN THE CLASSROOM.  You could either start one Q delivery during the class time, and then keep delivering your Qs the following weeks OR, you could start the Q delivery the following week.

Scenario #2: Webinar

A 2-hour webinar ends.  It is best to enroll Learners in the app DURING THE WEBINAR.  Then start delivering your first Challenge Qs later that same day.

Scenario #3: Learning window

Learners are asked to view a recorded webinar, take an eLearning course, or go to a training during a window of time -- e.g., during the month of October.  It is best to enroll the Learners in the app DURING THE EVENT.  Then start delivering your first Challenge Qs at a scheduled time immediately following the window -- e.g., November 1st.

EXCEPTIONS

If you are unable to enroll Learners in the app during the event, it is best to schedule a margin of time to drive enrollment through other communications -- e.g., one or two weeks.

These are not rules, but best practices. It is never too late to schedule a Challenge and enroll Learners in joining. This methodology drives learning and new behaviors anywhere, anytime!
