Acknowledge the Obstacle

Hit your Learner's Obstacle head-on!  Don't be shy about it.  The Obstacle is what's in the way of the Learner actually learning.

Acknowledge the Obstacle first when writing your Insight.  That way, the Learner knows you're listening.

Examples
  •  "We are all busy people, but..."
  • "You might think this technique is not practical, but..."
  • "If you believe this doesn't apply to you, please reconsider."
Now the Learner knows that YOU know what's going on for them.  And they are likely to start listening to what you have to teach.
