Choosing Which Questions to Repeat
The DIY Portal provides 2 built-in reports for Admins: Challenge Reports, and Goal Progress Reports.
For this article, we are going to use the Challenge Report to decide which questions should be replayed.
To access the Challenge Reports, start by clicking into the Challenge and clicking the Reports button on the top right of the screen.
Click on the Questions Progress tab
The Question Progress tab provides a breakdown of each Question in your Challenge.
This will show the Questions that have been delivered, how many Players have gotten them correct vs. incorrect, and how many clicks there have been on the Learn More button in the Insight tab of the Question. Clicking on the arrows at the top of each column header will resort the column values from lowest to highest.
This allows you to see the individual statistics of each Question and helps you chose which Questions you should repeat to increase competency.
A low performing question is where a majority of your players answered incorrectly or timed out.
We recommend playing 2 low performing Questions within 2 days of their original rotation. For Challenges that are shorter in duration and involve less questions, we recommend 1 replay during the next round of Q's.
- Step 1: Open the Question that has most "Incorrect Responses" and Duplicate that Question into a new Challenge.
- Step 2: Check that Question to review if the wording is too confusing. If it is, edit the Duplicated Question to make it less confusing.
- Step 3: Check to see if the answer choices are accurate. Sometimes, the wrong answer is selected as the right answer, or vice versa.
- Step 4: Look at the Distractor Answer and modify it to make it more clearly incorrect.
