Segmenting and Recurring Series

Customize your Series for maximum Effectiveness and Efficiency!

These two Series options are often utilized by larger organizations with varying levels of content knowledge among the users, geographic differences that make live play against one another challenging or address different Topics that are not required or authorized for members of a different Series...

Whether you're a multi-national organization or a highly specialized small business, you will find value and versatility in Segmenting and Recurring Series. These options make your players feel like the lessons have been tailored just for them!

Watch the Drilldown video below in which both topics are covered - If you still have questions, reach out through the Support Button or make an appointment with your Success Coach!

Segmenting Series -

Even within smaller companies, offering the same training to everyone regardless of their skill sets, knowledge base or clearance doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Our system allows for you to create as many Series as you have needs - and by tailoring the delivery of the message to your different Learner groups, you are creating a more effective platform in which your different Learner groups have the best chance of retaining the exact information you want them to.

If you identify that you will have various Learner Groups within your organization, get in touch with us through the Support Button or use this chance to connect with a Success Coach and segment your Series the right way from the start!

Recurring Series -

Sometimes, there is a need for Series that recur with some frequency, like quick Demos or "on-demand" learning experiences such as onboarding.

In order to make sure that you are developing and addressing your Series and Challenges to best suit those needs, we recommend dropping us a line to learn more.

As usual, we are available to you through the ever-present Support Button, or by clicking on this  link to set up an appointment with a Success Coach.
