Question: 

A manager from your bank calls and requests your account details to verify a charge. Which is these is the proper response?

Answer Choices:

1. Ask it they know your name. - This is an easy to eliminate response. Less likely to be right, and the reader quickly realizes that it is not the right answer.
2. Hang up and call back. - The correct response
3. Check that the phone number belongs to the bank. - This is the distractor answer. It seems right, but is not.
4. Give them whatever they ask for! - This is the utterly ridiculous one.
