What is a Goal?

Your stated Goal should be the one outcome that makes your Program a success.

Test your targeted Results against your Goal.  Do this by asking "If these Results were all achieved, what Goal would you meet?" 

This is an overarching goal that would inspire your team. In other words, this is something you would confidently take to your CEO, and proudly announce as your team's achievement.
