QA the Goal Design

How does your Goal Design 'Stack Up'?

Time for a little QA on your Program!

Go to your Goal Design and for the Results, Habits, and Topics sections ask yourself these Quick QA Questions...

Before moving out of Goal Design into writing Q's , run a quick evaluation of your elements by asking yourself whether each element fully supports and enables the element above it in the 3-tier hierarchy of Goal Design.

That means you may be asking one of three questions:

 1) "If all of the Topics are covered, will our learners be able to develop the new Habits we need them to develop? Would it require something more?"

2)  "If our players establish the Habits we've identified, will the Results we're after be achieved? Are we missing anything?"

3)  "If all of the Results are in place and being achieved, would the overarching Goal of this Program be realized? Is there anything else?"

The answers to these questions will shape and cement your Learner's Path, ensuring your players have the best chance possible at getting what you need them to get.

Watch an example of how a Coach asking the right question makes space for the customer to reconsider their existing Result to better align with business outcomes.
