Unsubscribing from a Series
Unsubscribing users from a series is easy!
On the App:
- Select the series that you want to remove
- Scroll to the bottom below the challenges
- Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the screen
- The program will ask if you are sure with a "WAIT" message.
- Select "yes" or "no".
Please note that unsubscribing from a series will also remove any points or awards you have won. If you unsubscribe by mistake, don't worry! When you re-sign up, you will continue where you left off.
