Communication Channels of Enrollment

Engagement Management is not the job of just one person! It takes a collective effort to spread the word internally, to be consistent about enrollment efforts, and to find communication channels not yet utilized within the organization. That's where you and your knowledge come into play...  

Here are some additional ways to get going:

  • Have them sign on in a classroom or event. Multiple Smaller ones work better.
  • Send out emails 2-3 times a week.
  • Enter them for a drawing of award if they sign up by a certain time.
  • Enlist teachers/managers/supervisors/peers and other influencers to get people to join.
  • Award those who are helping with signing up.
