Badges Tutorial

A badge is a congrats! A virtual pat-on-the-back for taking an action or for doing something correctly.

These prizes have no dollar value, but offer "bragging rights" to the winner as well as an intrinsic sense of accomplishment. They can be awarded for accomplishing pre-determined milestones in a Challenge, such as answering the first question correctly, or playing all questions in a Challenge.

These achievement badges typically appeal to gamers and to people who particularly enjoy being merited for their efforts.

We currently offer 8 Badge templates that are widely used in Challenges, regardless of industry or subject matter:

  • You Got Your 1st Correct Answer!
  • 3-in-a-Row answered Correctly
  • 5-in-a-Row answered Correctly
  • Answered 100% Correctly
  • Answered 100% of Questions
  • Rank: Made the Top 25!
  • Rank: Made the Top 50!
  • Rank: Made the Top 100!

NOTE ON CUSTOMIZING BADGES!

We welcome you to adjust, tweak or recreate your own Badges! Just be sure that your customized Badge needs to align with the catalog of achievement conditions found in the '+ badge' - When you click 'trigger', the list of condition options will appear in the menu. Select the conditions and then create the badge image to correspond with your customized badge!
