Eustress Timer/Ticking Clock

Why do we have so short a timer to answer questions during a Live challenge?

Eustress is stress that has a positive effect on you. Eustress is what energizes us and motivates us to make a change. By keeping the Q timer short it creates eustress in the  participants. This positive cognitive response to stress is healthy.

Our default time is set for 25 seconds to answer Qs. A success coach, when required, can change the timer according to request. But it is advised that our best practices to keep Q's short and sweet.

Speed Matters (From warm up game)

The faster you answer a Question on the App, the more points you win.  BUT you also LOSE more points if you answer wrong. Accuracy is better than speed. But that doesn't mean that speed doesn't matter.

Establishing a habit takes repetition.  And most of us just don't have the time.  So when some fun incentives are added, along with an adrenaline kick by a ticking clock, it grabs attention and makes a greater impression on the brain through "eustress" (positive stress). Improving reactive speed can improve recall this way.
