Get your players to the starting line!

Once your players have registered, it may take another few days before the Challenge starts.  Sometimes, internal communications aren't nimble enough to handle on-the-fly reminders or incentives to excel. but your players need a reminder.

In a Program, the players engage when Q's arrive. So, until that moment, they might be wondering what the next steps are, not be aware of the Challenge start-time, or have all the vital info they need to be competitive in the Challenge.

Using a Flash Message template that goes out before a Challenge begins is an awesome way to get their focus on the Challenge!  

Here's how you do it!

1. Go to the Series level in your 'Programs' tab, where you will see all of your Series listed.

2. Click the 'Flashes' tab and select either '+ Flash' or 'Select From Library'.

3. In the Library, look for a Flash template that Welcomes the user, although any of them can be modified to suit your needs. 

4. Tick the box for your selected template and it will appear in your 'Content' library, ready to customize!
